Sake is a two year-old Shiba Inu. Like most Shibas, Sake loves playing outdoors! Whether hiking the local mountain trails or just playing a game of soccer in the backyard, Sake is a tireless companion. For a Shiba, Sake is unbelievably friendly. While on walks, she would never pass a person or pet without stopping to say hello.

Yuki is about 5 months old and she is the smartest and most loyal dog I've ever owned. She is constantly making me and my husband laugh. Everything in the house (including us) belong to her. She's also a great guard dog and likes to stand watch at the front door...or maybe she's waiting for her chance to run out the front door. The stinker loves to play outside. She also loves her playmate Koko, a Shitzu we also own!

Kizo is a 21-month old, red male Shiba Inu. He loves to play with anything he can get his paws on....especially those squeaky rubber balls -- those are his favorite! He doesn't mind sharing his toys but be prepared to play tug-o-war with them. Kizo hates baths but will finally tolerate them. He looks forward to Saturday mornings when we go to the fenced-in dog park where he can run free and play with all of his friends.

MINE was the first word uttered by Rascal when she entered my life almost 3 years ago. The cat is MINE. The food dishes are MINE. All toys are MINE. The cat hammock in the window is now MINE. Most of all you are MINE, not the other way around. She eventually decided to allow me to be trained so that we can enjoy the company of other dogs and humans. Shes a clown, a guardian, a cuddler, and my best friend. Rascal is never far from my side and we both love me belonging to her. As a reward for being good, she sometimes allows me to share her favorite treat, peanut butter, but only the crunchy kind.

Deaus is the funniest dog I know. He is eccentric and adorable. He loves to run around and do the "Shiba 500" as well as he is an excellent sleeper. I can never get enough of his facial expressions...friends have called him "human dog" because you can almost hear what he is thinking when you look at his face. He is extremely independent, which I like. I can't handle having a dog under my feet at all times. Deaus knows just when I need my buddy to cuddle with. Otherwise his favorite spot is his "puppysan" bed.

Sushi is a one year old male red sesame Shiba Inu. He is very smart, fun & loyal. He loves to play any chance he gets. One of his favourite toys is a stuffed bear that he sleeps with every night. Sushi loves people and other dogs, and he loves going to the leash-free park every weekend. One thing that he doesn't like is having his paws wiped when they are dirty. He is very ticklish and hates having his paws touched. Sushi is a well-behaved dog, but does try to outsmart me whenever he gets the chance. He's a lot of fun!
